A Site for Sore Eyes

After months of hard work and dedication, we are thrilled to announce that our shiny new website is now live! What’s more, we have built our new website with you, visitors and exhibitors on the Balearics and around the world, in mind. You can now easily find the information you’re looking for, whether you want to register for press accreditation, learn more about the benefits of becoming a partner/sponsor or simply soak up the show’s sunny atmosphere through video and photo galleries. Those keen to exhibit will also much appreciate the site’s upgrade as they can request info about exhibiting, not to mention log-in online and upload info and photography.

The new design includes oodles of practical visitors’ information and will soon feature a downloadable Media Kit and, of course, a list of 2020 exhibitors and yachts that will be jostling for your attention next year.

Speaking of our annual display of nautical eye-candy, our wide-ranging array of motor and sailing superyachts doesn’t only impress visitors during show dates but continues to weave its magic throughout the year in the shape of yachts sold as a result of the event.

A good case in point is sailing yacht Manutara, a world-cruiser and (at the time) "central agency listing" of Fraser Yachts. The 35.05m Manutara was purchased by a Swiss yachtsman who first set eyes on her during the show’s 2019 edition. “The Palma Superyacht Show is one of my favourite boat shows as it’s one of the most relaxed and productive events on the yachting calendar” enthused Georges Bourgoignie, yacht broker with Fraser Yachts Florida.

Another prime example of the show’s matchmaking magic is Enso. Oyster 825 Enso was cruising the Fijian Islands as part of a round-the-world trip in January when her owners decided to put her on the market. On Alastair Shove’s recommendation Enso was shipped to Mallorca’s sunny shores then and there. “The Palma Superyacht Show did not disappoint as we concluded the sale, literally, within days” said Shove, senior broker with Carrswood Yachts. “In fact, we’ve completed a yacht sale as a direct result of the show each and every time we’ve participated” smiled Shove.

We invite you to regularly check the Media section of our website for further updates, announcements and stories of exhibitors’ successes. Additionally, connect with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to be the first to hear about what’s new for our 2020 event.

We hope that you enjoy the fresh look and feel of our updated website at www.palmasuperyachtshow.com.
